The Heart of Lubbock Neighborhood Association is a community organization helping neighbors to build community. The Heart of Lubbock provides and promotes programs, services and activities aimed at encouraging connections between neighbors and fostering civic involvement in our diverse community.

The Heart of Lubbock Neighborhood Association is the voice of Heart of Lubbock residents. Our mission is to improve the quality of the Heart of Lubbock community by:

organizing resident social eventspromoting a range of Heart of Lubbock housing optionsprotecting public spaces and historical assetssupporting pedestrian-oriented development policiesaddressing safety and public nuisance concerns communicating the economic and cultural benefits of a vibrant, densely-populated downtown to elected officials and the community at large.
